'I'm an optimist': steakhouse king breathes life back into hospitality
South African-born steakhouse king Bradley Michael is leading the resurgence of the pandemic-hit hospitality sector with plans to open two new restaurants in Sydney's Hills District by the end of the year and another in Adelaide early next year.
Having survived the pandemic with the help of JobKeeper, Mr Michael's Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group has signed long-term leases covering almost 1300 square metres of restaurant space within Esplanade Norwest, a $280 million apartment development by Aoyuan International.
