Drastic $5000 fines as Victorians ignore self-isolation order

Victorians who are self-isolating have been banned from leaving their homes to exercise and face on-the-spot fines of up to $5000 and court penalties up to $20,000 for egregious breaches, after more than a quarter of those meant to be in isolation could not be found.
