Attorney-General Christian Porter is open to establishing a judicial commission to handle complaints against federal judges. As an alternative, he has also suggested the proposed Commonwealth Integrity Commission could perform the role.

Mr Porter has raised the prospect of federal judicial oversight in response to a raft of questions on notice filed by Centre Alliance senator Rex Patrick, following the allegations of sexual harassment levelled against former High Court judge Dyson Heydon.
