Three of former High Court judge Dyson Heydon's associates will seek compensation over his alleged sexual harassment and are threatening legal action if he does not come to the table.
Maurice Blackburn principal Josh Bornstein, representing three of six former associates, said the High Court had indicated it was "willing to entertain negotiations" about settlement and his clients had instructed him to engage Mr Heydon in the discussions as well.
