Cave blast damaged Rio Tinto's reputation: AFR readers

Three-quarters of readers of The Australian Financial Review say Rio Tinto has damaged its reputation by destroying a sacred Indigenous site in Western Australia.
A fortnightly poll revealed 74 per cent of readers believed the mining giant had damaged its reputation by legally detonating the Pilbara cave, which had been used by Aboriginal people for 46,000 years and was on the site of an iron ore mine.
