One of the country’s most notable class action researchers, Monash University professor Vince Morabito, wrote an article last week with the headline: “2020 – The Beginning of the End for Class Actions in Australia?”
Morabito admitted the title was extremely pessimistic, but even a whiff of their demise is enough for class action detractors to keep up the fight.
