Qld lifeline to save Virgin, but more needed

Beleaguered airline Virgin Australia has been thrown a lifeline by the Queensland government, which has promised payroll tax relief but said federal intervention is still needed.
State Development Minister Cameron Dick said the Palaszczuk government would do everything in its power to help save Virgin, including keeping its headquarters in Brisbane.
