Bank, super stimulus struggles to cut through

Just one-third of consumers and less than half of small business owners are familiar with coronavirus crisis relief packages offered by their financial services providers, according to new research.
Kipling Zubevich, a former National Australia Bank digital marketing executive turned data analyst and consultant, said the flurry of announcements aimed at assisting customers through the public health and economic crisis are struggling to "cut through" the news and information cycle.
