London | British Prime Minister Boris Johnson's popularity has soared during the coronavirus crisis, and the country overwhelmingly backs his stringent new lockdown despite all the devil in the detail.
Although Mr Johnson is grappling with a crisis of overwhelming severity and speed, and has faced heavy and sustained flak for his tardy and tentative response, it seems the Churchill fan is having a good war.
