Mixed emotions as Australians leave Wuhan

Shanghai | About 270 Australians on Monday morning flew out of Wuhan, the Chinese city at the epicentre of the deadly coronavirus which is wreaking havoc on financial markets and threatening global growth rates.
The mood was mixed as they prepared for an evacuation which will take them first to an air force base in western Australia, and then to the asylum-seeker detention centre on Christmas Island.
