Morrison says Iran plane crash a 'terrible accident'

A Ukrainian passenger jet that crashed in Tehran, killing all 176 people on board, appears to have been shot down by mistake, Prime Minister Scott Morrison says.
Mr Morrison said Australia had similar intelligence to other allies that the Iranian military downed the aircraft with a surface-to-air missile soon after take off.
