Jennifer Hawkins and her husband Jake Wall have made the surprise decision to list their Sydney trophy home on the Newport waterfront to move closer to family north of Sydney.
The move comes just two years after the four-level residence was completed in a no-expense-spared build that won a Master Builders Award for Wall’s J Group Projects and was designed by architect Koichi Takada on a prime expanse of 3360 square metres of beachfront.
