Fiat Chrysler, Peugeot owner PSA in talks to combine

Fiat Chrysler and Peugeot owner PSA are in talks to combine in a deal that could create a $US50 billion ($73 billion) auto maker, a source familiar with the matter said.
The Wall Street Journal first reported the discussions. Fiat Chrysler shares rose sharply after the report and were up more than 7.5 per cent in late afternoon US trading. The companies had no comment.
