Look who's cashing in on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange IPO
A group of Australian investors led by Shane Finemore and Russell Aboud’s Manikay Partners are poised to make millions of dollars from this week’s listing of Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
The New York-based hedge fund managed to insert itself and other investors, including industry fund SunSuper, into the lucrative demutualisation in 2018 after Mr Finemore, who has invested in many exchanges and is a former ASX director, read about Tel Aviv Stock Exchange’s plans in a trade newsletter and within weeks was negotiating to take a major stake.
