Houses in 12 suburbs currently flying under the radar are on the verge of crossing the million dollar mark for the first time.

Over the next 24 months, four NSW suburbs are set to join the million-dollar club, three suburbs from Queensland, two each from South Australia and Victoria and one contender from the ACT, data compiled by Select Residential Property for The Australian Financial Review shows.
