PM to sideline Labor on drought funding impasse

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has threatened to sideline Labor and pass the government's plan for increased drought assistance with the help of the Senate crossbench.
Speaking to a regional summit in Dubbo on Thursday, he said the Coalition would seek to replicate its success passing tax cuts with the help of the Centre Alliance and Jacqui Lambie in order to progress its future drought fund plan in Parliament next week.
