The big hurdles facing BoQ's $4.5m-man Frazis
Bank of Queensland’s incoming boss George Frazis faces a series of hurdles, including upgrading an ageing information-technology system even the chairman likened to a “bowl of spaghetti”.
The appointment of industry veteran Mr Frazis, first revealed in The Australian Financial Review’s Street Talk column, sees him become chief executive from September with a pay packet worth up to $4.55 million a year.
