Poly Australia buys first Queensland site

Developer Poly Australia has secured its first development site in Queensland, buying a corner site in Ascot, Brisbane for $35.25 million.
The 6.2-hectare site on the corner of Lamington and Mordant Streets, about 7 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, is classified as an “Emerging Community” under the Brisbane City Plan 2014.
