Developer Aqualand is offering full stamp duty rebates on lot sales at its first house and land project in Norwest in Sydney's north-west.

As the project, Bellevue, doesn't come cheap with super-lots starting at $1.1 million and house packages priced as high as $1.8 million, savings on stamp duty would be substantial, Aqualand head of sales and marketing Alex Adams said. Buyers can save about $46,000 on $1.1 million super lots, sized at a bigger than average 705 square metres.
