Champion racehorse Winx has proven to be a big winner for Tabcorp's broadcast service Sky Racing, helping the channel achieve a huge lift in ratings this year.

Winx's victory in the Queen Elizabeth Stakes on April 14, its 25th consecutive triumph to equal the great Black Caviar's winning streak, drove viewership numbers up considerably for Sky and capped a big Sydney autumn carnival for Tabcorp's media arm.
