Hedge fund and short seller Glaucus Research has clearly lost round one of its fight with listed alternative assets manager Blue Sky Alternative Investments.
It only took Blue Sky 12 pages to demolish the credibility of the 67-page document released last week by Glaucus as part of a strategy to smash the Blue Sky share price and profit from the company's collapse.
