The Woolwich waterfront trophy home of the Salter family has sold, setting a record for the Hunters Hill peninsula.
The sale tops the previous high set by the nearby historic mansion, Bulwarra, sold by Hollywood star Cate Blanchett and her husband Andrew Upton this year for $18 million.
