It's the project all of Melbourne said would never get built. A high-rise apartment tower where the starting price for a one-bedder pushes $1 million was seen as too grand for a city already awash with residential towers.

But for BRW richlister Larry Kestelman the doubters have been proved wrong. He says more then $350 million worth of luxury apartments at Capitol Grand, the high-rise Melbourne tower promoted by glamour actress Charlize Theron, have already been sold.
