Naomi Triguboff Travers, the niece of Meriton owner Harry Triguboff, is selling a 10-storey office tower on Adelaide's prestigious North Terrace, hoping to profit from the wave of development boosting values on the CBD's northern edge.
Ms Triguboff Travers is selling the tower at 195 North Terrace on top of which she has built two split-level penthouses and secured ground floor retail tenancies with brands Crumpler, Rodd and Gunn and RM Williams.
