Sydney restaurateur John Fink broke his own commandment when he chose Brisbane to open a second Otto Ristorante, his 16-year-old Italian fine diner in Woolloomooloo – if you can't drive to work, don't do it.
"I wasn't thinking Brisbane, I was thinking Parramatta," says the general manager of the Fink Group, who'd entertained an Otto sibling ever since ad agency Saatchi & Saatchi rebranded the restaurant two years ago.
