Clive Palmer's luxury private jet may be up for sale, but it won't cover the $26 million owed to creditors for the collapse of Palmer Aviation, with the remaining debt to be added to his other failed company Queensland Nickel, administrators have confirmed.

In a further blow to nickel refinery workers who are trying to buy back the refinery, administrators FTI Consulting on Wednesday confirmed Queensland Nickel had provided a finance facility for Mr Palmer's private jet.
