When I received an invitation to be the first guest in what is now Manly’s most expensive hotel suite, I could almost hear the seagulls screeching and taste the fish and chips. The $2000-a-night Infinity Residence is on the second floor of the reimagined Manly Pacific Sydney, which has just emerged from a $30 million refresh.
