Cap d’Antibes may well be the most upmarket and chic locale on France’s Côte d’Azur, even if those at Cap Ferrat, the peninsula on the other side of Nice, are likely to argue the toss.
And the Cap d’Antibes Beach Hotel, costing up to €5800 a night (about $9557), has a couple of advantages shared by very few places on the entire coast: a private beach, and Les Pêcheurs, a Michelin-starred restaurant with glass walls that rise and fall electrically depending on the weather.
