Since Adam Liaw slid into the public sphere as the winner of Network 10’s MasterChef cooking competition in 2010, he has been an ever-present force on TV, on bookshelves, in newspapers and on social media.
His SBS Food show, The Cook Up, which began in April, beams him into Aussie households five nights a week.
