A few months back when chef Michel Moore served a hemp casarecce pasta special at his venue O Bar & Dining at Sydney's Australia Square everyone on social media wanted to know if his customers were getting high.

The self-proclaimed health nut, who suffered a stroke a decade ago and is also a Type 2 insulin-dependant diabetic, said "they had it all wrong" and more needs to be done to better understand hemp-based products you can eat.
