What is it? The Mercedes-Benz CLE is the new in-between two-door from the German luxury giant. Previously there were separate C-Class and E-Class variants, but with the sports market declining, Mercedes-Benz released the CLE here in late 2023, replacing those C and E two-doors in the process. The CLE coupe landed first, with the cabrio not too far behind.

What does it cost? From $123,815 plus on-road costs for the 300 coupe, as sampled here. There’s a 200 coupe for about $20,000 less. Those prices are about halfway between the superseded C and E coupes. More CLEs will follow, including AMG variants.
