We see an all-new S-Class limousine every eight or so years, bringing with it the latest and greatest Mercedes-Benz technology. This is the seventh iteration, and potentially the last to be powered by an internal combustion engine.
We know because, at the very time the first new S-Classes arrived on these shores, the company unveiled a range-topping electric limousine in Europe. It’s called the EQS, and its success (or otherwise) will no doubt influence the longevity of the petrol S-Class.
