Kylie Kwong was flipping Chinese pancakes one morning at her market stall at Carriageworks when the Sydney cultural venue's director stopped by for a snack and a chat.
"I told Lisa Havilah I'd love to freshen up my restaurant Billy Kwong with some art work, but I didn't know where to start," Kwong recalls.
