Former Toll Holdings boss Paul Little entered the billionaire ranks of the Financial Review Rich List in June thanks to growth of his Little Group real estate, aviation and investment business. Little made his fortune in Toll, which he built into a logistics empire that was sold to Japan Post for $6.5 billion in 2015. Little has interests in apartments and hotels and his ASX investments include Tigers Realm Coal and PSC Insurance Group. He's also a backer of fast-growing electronic conveyancing business PEXA, which is assessing a potential ASX float.
