Wilson HTM Investment Group ’s finance chief Karen Penrose will leave the broking and advisory company at the end of 2013, the second change to executive ranks in six months.

Ms Penrose, also Wilson’s company secretary, has joined listed oil and gas company AWE Limited as a non-executive director. Her slated departure from Wilson was buried in an AWE notice of meeting on October 24.
