Traffic Technologies has sold its Traffic Management business for $14.5 million to reduce debt and concentrate on developing its technical products business.
The Traffic Management business, which hires out traffic controllers to road authorities, contractors and local councils, was sold to Workforce International Group, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
