Qantas plummets in world airline rankings, again

Qantas plunged to its lowest rating in more than a decade in the industry benchmark Skytrax Awards, slipping seven spots from last year’s dismal 17th placing to No. 24.
Fiji Airways placed highest for the second year running among Australia and Pacific carriers, coming in at 14, while even the troubled Air New Zealand polled better than Qantas at No. 22.
