Well, Japan Post sure buried the bad news.

Six years after splurging $6.5 billion on an Australian logistics company that was going to be its vehicle to global expansion, the Japanese postal and insurance giant this week quietly dispatched 40 per cent of Toll for a nominal $10 million or less.
