Macquarie has initiated coverage on logistics company K&S Corporation with a “buy" rating and a 12-month target price of $3.30.
K&S is a medium-sized logistics player that has strong exposure to steel, paper and timber volumes. These three commodities combined make up about 60 per cent of the group’s revenue.
