How ANC builds brands while moving boxes

Sales at logistics provider ANC Delivers have risen by 40 per cent following a $5 million technology upgrade and operational overhaul focused on automation, self-service and “customer empowerment”.

Aided by a bumper year for online sales in which Australians spent a whopping $69 billion on internet purchases, ANC increased its delivery volume by 15 per cent in the 12 months to June 30, while reducing its workforce by 20 per cent and without expanding its network of owner-drivers.
