The board of embattled Regional Express will meet to decide on the airline’s fate after it stopped selling seats on flights between major cities, and as it evaluates a plan to simplify the business back to its regional flying roots.

Two sources, speaking on condition of anonymity, said EY was working with the carrier and was likely to be appointed to help with the restructure.
