Virgin Australia’s planned tie-up with Qatar Airways has inched closer to reality after the competition watchdog decided in favour of the deal.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission said Virgin’s plan to resume long-haul flights using Qatar’s planes would be good for travellers.
