13cabs operator A2B flaps wings with FlamingoPay
A2B, the company which operates the 13cabs network with 7200 vehicles, is preparing for a strategic overhaul with growth planks including an increasing shift to using drivers for instant deliveries of products for impatient online shoppers, and new payments processing terminals outside of its core cabs business.
Chief executive Andrew Skelton will outline the details on September 28 of the growth plans for the company, which has been battered by the extended lockdowns in Sydney and Melbourne, after its taxi revenues had recovered to 84 per cent of pre-pandemic levels by the end of June.
