Transfield Services will update the market on an operational overhaul later next month before Nicholas Yates , chief executive of the group’s infrastructure business, leaves to run communications group BSA.
Mr Yates joined Transfield in 2006 after the contractor acquired project-management consultancy APP. Mr Yates was CEO of APP and held roles in marketing and business development before taking over Transfield’s infrastructure operations in April 2011.
