Terramin chairman steps down
Kevin Moriarty has stepped down as chairman of Terramin Australia , to be replaced by Robert Davis effective immediately. Dr Moriarty will continue to act as managing director until the Tala Hamza project receives the necessary permits from the Algerian government, upon which he will retire from executive functions within the company. Meanwhile, Wendy Marylyn Jackson, David Alaster Paterson and Villaford Pty Ltd submitted to Terramin Australia a requisition to hold a general meeting of shareholders to consider resolutions to replace four directors on Terramin’s board. The extraordinary general meeting will be held on Wednesday July 20.
