Man City needs a lot of goals to justify $7b valuation

This values City Football Group at $US4.8 billion ($7 billion), confirming the primacy of English sides as trophy assets. The erstwhile tech investor must prove a different proposition: that a famous club can underpin a “platform” business akin to Google or Facebook.
