As the battle for control of Australian soccer rolls on, the 10 A-League clubs and Professional Footballers' Association have quietly been working a 300-page blueprint for the future of the league.
It is said to include extensive and rigorous financial and strategic analysis of how a privatised league would be a vast improvement on the current A-League, for now under the control of Football Federation Australia.
