Gladys Berejiklian's $2.6b stadiums upgrade leaves women behind
Australia's biggest female sporting code says it has been left out of NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian's plan to spend over $2.6 billion knocking down and rebuilding stadiums for men's games like rugby union, league and soccer.
The spending spree announced by Ms Berejiklian in November does not include funds for a new covered indoor venue, which Netball NSW said it desperately needed to host home games for the Sydney Swifts and the GWS Giants, its two professional clubs.
