The biggest name in the Australian Web development industry, Spike Networks, is about to be reborn. It has adopted a new strategy, has replaced many of its executives and staff, and is preparing for a merger that will reorganise its ownership structure. Despite the changes, analysts and investors have yet to be convinced that the new Spike will perform any better than the old.
