Rex Minerals has enlisted China Nonferrous Metal Industry’s Foreign Engineering and Construction Co (NFC in short) and Perth-based contractor Arccon to build and part-fund its Hillside copper, iron ore and gold project on South Australia’s Yorke Peninsula.

Ballarat-based Rex emerged from a trading halt on Tuesday morning to announce it had signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with NFC and Arccon.
